My first suggestion to those looking to get healthy this year.  Think of two maybe three things that you can take out of your diet that you KNOW is sabatoging your weight loss.  Everyones is different.  Keep in mind too when deciding, you don’t have to remove these things forever!!!  I knew I had to stop drinking soda.  It was diet but because I was drinking that I was not drinking enough water.  The other big thing for me – here it goes – Ben and Jerry’s!  Oh we were such good friends!!  The best!  I would eat the whole container while wating TV at night.  Not every now and then, I mean almost every night!!  Now that I have reached my goal, I do have a soda now and then but I know that WATER is VERY important.  Good Luck!
