Here it goes!!! 2013!

I have learned way too much about weight loss to not share some of what I have learned.  The good the bad and the UGLY!  And wow have I been all three.  I definitely favored the ugly side!  I’ll be frank too,  its more fun to be ugly when you are working out.  Sweaty, red face, messy hair, stinky and fierce attitude to go with it. Oh and I forgot to mention the tears, bruises, sore muscles and puking!
