Never give up because you have a slip in your diet or excercise routine.  Dont wait until the next day to get back on track.  I’m not going to let the three dozen Spritz cookies I ate over Christmas put a hault in my plan.  Move on from that poor choice and make a better choice at dinner.  If you blew off your gym time or did nothing at all, take five minutes for yourself and just move!  Lap your couch instead of sitting on it!!  Good Luck!
