Oh my!!  I was told by my trainer when I first started working with her that I would never be as sore as I was after our first workout.  The soreness lasted like three days!  WELL, yesterday was our first workout following the break and my first trip back to the gym.  No I am not sore like I was two years ago BUT I am sore today!!!  I have learned that being sore is a good thing – now I like it when my chest, arms, legs whatever hurt.  I know its working and I look past the pain.  Don’t let soreness discourage you.  It stops!!  Don’t think of soreness in a bad way, think – my a*# hurts today but its gonna look fabulous if I keep pushing on!!  Trust me you will eventually look forward to it when you are a tad sore!!!  (No, I’m not crazy)
