Sunday’s Tip

I try really hard to not eat past a certain time in the evening.  My shut down time for food is 7 – 7:30.  Obviously there will be times I have to change that but I try to stick to that in general.  I confess there are nights that I want to eat something, well, just because!  What do I do then?  I take my butt upstairs.  My daughter usually comes with me, unless its hanging with Daddy cool time.  She and I  will watch one of her fav shows or play a game before her bedtime.  I have moments when I could eat our pantry so I have to BACK AWAY!!!!  Find the will power, you can!!!!!  Good Luck!

    That is FOREVER one of my biggest struggles! Especially since J and I like to make a meat and cheese board to go along with our wine on some nights! That’s like one of our things…..we watch a movie and snack. I’m starting a week long cleanse tomorrow and that will be a huge struggle…..I’m shooting for no eating after 8! I’ve discovered Words with Friends is very good at occupying my mind so I’m hoping that will distract me!!! 🙂

    Words with friends baby, play away!!!!! My thing right now is pinterest. I admit too, my meds usually knock me out. So if I take them and head upstairs with E, I am out right after she goes to bed!! Enjoy the cleanse, I can’t wait to hear about it!!
