Wednesday is my session with my trainer.  Ms. T!  I will back in a bit to tell ya how I feel today and what I am struggling with.  Review my posts!  We all have so many of the same feelings and struggles!   If you set your mind to reach your goal, you will.  Don’t say if I can lose or could lose – say when I do!!  Be positive – give yourself credit that you have the strength to reach the goal you want!
