Good morning! Well today was a very late start in our house. My husband had to drive our daughter to school today. I got up late, our dog stayed under the covers so it was all up to me to wake Elizabeth. That is a challenge and Milly usually helps me out. Husband and daughter are off though and I am planning my day. I know what I need to do, I just have to plan it out in my head. Sometimes I even have to make a list. I will go to the gym with my buddy. She will be here to pick me up so that is set – its routine. It’s when I get home that could be a problem. Our house is in order and I can feel the desire to sit and relax. I’ll take my medication after the gym and when that sleepiness comes over, oohhh it’ll be hard to move. BUT I have stuff to do and I don’t need to relax. I did that ALL weekend. So as I type to you all, I am also encouraging myself in my head to be productive. I’ll be making a list today, I do enjoy being able to cross things off as I get them done. Silly but it works for me. It keeps me focused and believe me I need help with that!!
So plan out your day including your schedule with work, kids or activities. Write down what you need to do and get it done. Don’t forget to plan time for some exercise. I will post a couple of exercise sets listed on pinterest in the quote section. 5 – 10 moves and you do it two or three times. You can knock it out in no time!! You’ll start having more energy to get everything done! You will still want to relax now and then but it won’t take over!!!
