Make your decision tonight, commit and stick to it. I have been horrible this weekend!! Lazy and grouchy and a total pain. Change in medication so everything is metabolizing different. Not sticking to my normal workout routine hasn’t helped. Tomorrow is a fresh week and I will forgive myself. I know what I want, I know what I have to do and I will do it. Take a few minutes tonight and decide what is important to you, what you really want. Are you comfortable with how you are now? If you are not, then do something – make a change in a positive direction. Can’t talk about it, gotta do it. Don’t wait until after Valentine’s Day to start. We can’t use dinner plans, chocolates etc. as an excuse to put it off. We basically have 3 1/2 days where good choices can be made. There is always going to be a reason to put it off cause you have something on your schedule. Can’t wait for that day!!!
