Blah!! I am mad that once again my workout with T had to be modified because I couldn’t see straight this morning! I hate that!!! She switched things around and we worked but she was looking forward to kicking my butt. I still went to the gym with Bailey. We had to settle for the bike as our cardio. Loving our journal – it is really keeping us focused and making us work hard. I think a second journal is needed for me. I need to see what is causing these mornings of medication issues. I realize that they metabolize different on a daily basis because of what I do, eat, etc. I really need to get this under control though – gesh!!
If you are having an off day, grouchy, under the weather a bit, busy – whatever. Modify! Change your workout to fit your needs for that day. If you are trying to follow a set plan and you are having trouble working it in to your day – don’t blow off exercise completely. Work around what you have going on and change your workout plans. Don’t beat yourself up! You wanted to get to the gym and you can’t? Then do some exercise moves at home!! Squats, push-ups, lunges, crunches. 12 reps. of each 3 times and 50 jumping jacks. Don’t break your routine of exercising!!
