My notebook will be coming out tomorrow and I will be making a list of things I want to complete each day.  The last two weekends have not been so productive for me and I need to bounce back.  I am not opposed to relaxing and certainly still intend to enjoy some relaxation here and there.  It’s clear, for me, a little too much down time turns in to a whole day and then the whole weekend. So, lets work it out.  Whatever it is that you need to straighten out, take a few minutes tonight and think of a way to help you do that.  Plan your day, journal your food, whatever it is that you need to work through.  Sometimes we can’t just brush things off saying – I’ll remember to do that, I’ll track my calories.  Write it down and be accountable.  Let’s start our week off strong!  Have a good evening!!
