Gym time is done.  Bailey and I did the elliptical – our least favorite.  As she said today – we’ve been dancing around that elliptical with every effort to avoid it.  We’d take a 20 minute run on the treadmill over 10 minutes on the elliptical.  We are on a rest day from the squat challenge.  Tomorrow we pick back up with 65 squats.  So far it hasn’t been too bad.  We shall see if we feel the same tomorrow after knocking out 65.  These little challenges are a good way to get going on a workout program. It can be so incredibly hard to just get started.  Seriously, I know.  Small goals – I’ve said it before.   I’ve never done the couch to 5k program but things like that are an awesome way to get moving.  Programs that have everyday set for you.  If you aren’t ready to pop in to the gym and figure out what to do, those type of things are an awesome way to start.  Look some up on the internet or surf through pinterest.  I have a few in my exercise section too.  Baby steps remember?

I did my walked home from the school, strolled to be honest.  Beautiful day and I wanted to enjoy it.  On to the clean eating.  Ugh!  Much harder than I thought it was going to be.  Thank goodness that Shakeology is considered clean.  Dinner is the hardest.  My friend Leah was telling me about an awesome Breakfast option so I am going to give it a try.  It’s great to get idea’s from friends, things they have tried.

Listen to your music and get moving.  Find those tunes that help you get motivated.  I may listen to Josh a lot, yes at the gym too, but when I need to bust through something hard – then it’s Lady Gaga’s turn or Pitbull.  Enjoy the rest of your day!!!
